DIRECTION

carries out coordination and control activities of the various Sections and is directly in charge of Quality Control and Prevention and Protection Service.

TECHNICAL SECTION

headed by a manager who oversees the entire section, which in turn is divided into:
Tenders/Preventative and Contract Management.

BUSINESS SECTION

carries out activities to promote the Company's activities indiscriminately in the private and public sectors and coordinates its work with the Tender/Prevention Office.

ADMINISTRATION

is responsible for finance, management control, general and tax accounting, and customer and supplier relations.

SINCE THE 1960S ACTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL

Already active since the 1960s, the Fani and Noferini families have been joining forces and skills since 1986 to initially deal with conservative restorations, their main activity to this day.
Since 1986 president Stefano Fani and since 2017 Umberto Fani.
Since the beginning of 2000, SIRE constructions, now well-established in the Tuscan construction market, has been continuing its work by strengthening itself in the market and expanding its activities with the complete renovation of buildings to optimize their functions and enhance their profitability.
Currently, SIRE construction is increasingly performing works as a general contractor, integrating all the activities necessary for the development of a project thanks to its valuable 60 employees and collaborators.
