An elegant villa extending over some 500 square metres, built in the early 20th century along the promenade of Viareggio.
The restoration works carried out to high quality standards in the finishings concerned the structural adaptation of the building and the complete internal renovation, profoundly modifying the distribution of the premises to obtain 12 rooms (of which 3 are Suites) and 12 bathrooms, all finished in Carrara marble, in conjunction with living areas and service spaces.
Externally, the garden of over 300 square metres has been completely restored, with the adjoining service rooms, constructing an elegant stone-lined swimming pool.
The building is currently part of the Domux Home accommodation chain.
