A building constructed at the end of the 19th century on the corner of Via dei Calzaiuoli and Via
Orsanmichele, in the heart of Florence's historic centre, just a stone's throw from Piazza della Signoria and adjacent to the Church of Orsanmichele. Over time, the Palazzo had been transformed into offices, calling for an extensive and complex renovation to restore its original 19th-century layout.
The renovation resulted in 11 residences being built on the top three floors, extending across an area of 70 to 160 square metres, as well as a high-level Bed & Breakfast with eight rooms and executive offices on the first floor.
