Progetto

A historic village dating back to the 15th century, owned by the ancient Florentine family of Da Verrazzano until 1936.
The building complex of the walkable surface covering over 5,500 square metres extends within the Villa Gentilizia, various annexes functional to agricultural activities and incorporates an ancient chapel and farmhouse with a dovecote.
The current property has undergone major renovations to use the entire hamlet as a high-end hotel.

Lasting over 4 years, the building works carried out concerned the seismic adaptation of the buildings, the restoration of the most valuable works, along with a total functional renovation of all premises to adapt them to the new use as accommodation.
The works likewise covered the external areas, with the construction of a piazza paved in terracotta, walkways and stone benches.

Over 5,500 square metres of floor space.
