There are constructions of the past, certain houses, certain buildings that are now utilised differently, having survived while changing their function – even today, we use them, we frequent them.
This happens because what is left does not have the utility that they once offered but beauty is beauty and the beauty and poetry have survived over time.

Since 1986, sire has specialised in restorations, expanding its activities in 2000 with the complete renovation of buildings to optimise function and enhance profitability. today, the company completes a growing number of jobs as general contractor, integrating all activities necessary for the development of a project.

We evaluate on-site
Following the client's request, we carry out one or more inspections, to understand exactly all the executive aspects for the issuance of a correct quote.

With the information collected during the inspections, after studying the project and the specifications sent by the client, we draw up the our quote, often integrating our observations for the best outcome of the project.

We evaluate time
In conjunction with issuing the offer, we draw up a works schedule, establishing their duration.

After entering into a written contract with the client, we proceed with executing the agreed works.
